Originally known as "Cloud 9", the band was formed in 1997. The name change occurred on January 1, 2000 with the release of their demo CD. (due to legal reasons) Mr. Moody has since been rockin' all over Michigan from Cheboygan to Bad Axe to St. Joseph to Gross Ile and everywhere in between. Mr. Moody is a high energy, "party music" type of band that does everything from Patsy Kline to Poison from Elvis to Metallica! They have been featured on the Mitch Albom show, performed at Arts, Beats, & Eats for 5 years, played the auto show, and a lot of other festivals, corporate events and weddings. They have been a regular act at Billy's Tip 'n' Inn, The White Lake Inn, and the Uptown Grill. You can also check out their "unplugged" version of the band known as "Mr. Moody Acoustic" --- no less energy, just a little less volume!!
